Clare Finkemeyer Coaching provides coaching services including but not limited to
personal coaching, business coaching, group sessions and workshops.
All services are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Coaching does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
4. Bookings and Payments
All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our website or agreed
booking method.
Payment terms may include:
● Full payment prior to the session or programme start

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the session may be forfeited and no
refund will be issued.
6. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, coaching services are non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds for programmes or packages may be considered at our discretion.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that:

● Personal progress depends on individual commitment and action
● The client remains fully responsible for their decisions and outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching, including worksheets, documents, frameworks,
and recordings, remain the intellectual property of Clare Finkemeyer Coaching.
They may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose personal information
without consent except where required by law.
Clients also agree not to share confidential information about other participants in
group programmes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clare Finkemeyer Coachinhg shall not be liable
for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our
services.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
● misuse the website
● attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
● distribute malicious software.
